Weekly Bookings

Weekly bookings can start on any date.

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival from Friday 4pm, depart Monday 10am.

Provisionally Reserving Dates

Dates requested by guests will be kept on a provisional basis for a maximum of 48 hours. This period can always be extended; please contact us if you need the booking held for any longer. We reserve the right to let the dates to any other interested parties thereafter.

Deposit and Balance

To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total hire price is due.

The property shall be considered to be booked when the deposit payment is received. The balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

Payment

Preferred payment is by cheque (payable to Harry Pitt) or by direct bank transfer. Please note we do not accept credit cards. Please post your payment to

Price Includes

All bed linen including duvets and towels. Electricity, central heating, a large complimentary basket of logs during winter months (further supplies are available for a small charge), welcome basket including for your arrival tea, coffee, milk, sugar, fresh locally produced bread and other seasonal produce dependant on time of year.

All properties are strictly non smoking.

We allow one dog per booking.
